More Organized Than You Think

I have always wanted to be organized.  I have not always succeeded.  Sometimes its been like my weight: always thinking I am fat then finding an old picture and  thinking: “Sheesh I should’ve enjoyed myself - I was so thin”.

Right now I am in the organizing hamster wheel.  I am running and running and cannot come up with a way to stay on top of my piles.  I get something straightened and then something else takes it over.  Maybe its the fact that the baby’s schedule has been totally screwed up since starting daycare two weeks ago and I have not slept.  Or maybe its the fact that the law of entropy is always at work.  Or maybe I am more organized than I think.

I think you are more organized than you think! I have struggled with organization perfection for just about 20 years, and now that I’m almost 40, I finally realize, I am just about the most-organized person that I know (my friends say that I am!), and I still can’t perform at the optimal level I’ve always aspired to, so…I give!! I will cling to the A.L. Williams mantra (& title of his bestselling book): “All you can do is all you can do, but all you can do is enough!” You Go, Girl! Sherri
