Dream Meme - Only Big Dreamers Dare Apply

I am answering a meme posted on Empower Women Now.  I have been recently laid off and suddenly setting goals takes on huge meaning.  I have always been a goal setter, but when its crunch time and I need to stay focused or else THEN there has to a list of goals AND some accountability!

My BIG Dreams are only what I have in store for the next 6 months.  If  I don’t set the bar high for myself who will?
